About BBC Scotland River City Tours

Bookings for River City 2018 tours can be made throughout the morning of Thursday 19 April 2018.

The tours will run every weekend across June and July this year. During your visit you will get the chance to walk down Montego Street and explore the front rooms of your favourite characters. You'll also find out how the team make River City and get the chance to take photos to remind you of your trip to Shieldinch. Tours take place during the summer break in filming so cast will not be present. Each tour lasts approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.

Bookings must be made online. If you are booking on behalf of a charity or a group of more than 15 people, or if you, or a member of your party have any access requirements, please call the Group Bookings & Access Requirements line - details can be found on the BBC Tours website.

Please DO NOT call the booking line if you are not booking on behalf of one of these groups as your booking will not be completed and it prevents those who require this service from getting through.

Registered charities may book free group tours on a first-come, first-served basis on the provision of a registered charity number. Charities will not be able to book more than one free tour in two consecutive years but concession rates are available.
