About Glasgow Continental - Scotland’s Weekly Skinny Swim, Turkish & Sauna

Glasgow Continental offers mixed naturist (nude) use of pool, Turkish suite, steam room, saunas as well as yoga classes and social area in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Prices: Standard £10; Student & U26 £7; Child 5-15 £3.50; child 0-4 Free.

Entry price includes use of all facilities (except classes) including clothed use of gym and weights room, towel hire and complimentary hot drinks. Flip flops and 20p / £1 for locker useful.

We also offer 10 week blocks of naked yoga classes led by experienced teacher Penny Chivas. There is an additional charge of £25 (£15 student & U26) for the block. Start dates are 14/1/18; 15/4/18; 14/10/18. Bring your own mat and small cushion or yoga block.

Many women attend the swim, either on their own or with friends or family. There is a separate women's changing lounge available and you can wear your sheet (provided) if you wish until you feel more comfortable. If you just come along you are made welcome. Alternatively, contact us to arrange for a female 'Swim Buddy' to meet you in the foyer on arrival.

Visitors, guests and newcomers to the swim are very welcome. You must however, bring photo ID and proof of address. For instance, passport and utility bill; the EU photo-driving license covers both. After your first visit you need to apply to join our SwimCard scheme. It's only £5 / £2 for up to 15 months.
