Young Talent

About Young Talent

The Young Talent 2025 exhibition is a vibrant celebration of creativity, imagination, and artistic growth, showcasing the exceptional work of young artists from our Saturday Create art classes. These classes are part of a broader initiative designed to support children and young people with disabilities through inclusive and engaging creative experiences. This year’s Young Talent theme – art inspired by books – has sparked a remarkable range of interpretations, with many artists drawing from their favourite storybooks while others ventured into making their own books. The exhibition is a personal and imaginative collection that reflects the unique voices and perspectives of each young artist.

The exhibition features an eclectic mix of media, highlighting the diverse talents and interests of the participants. Visitors can expect to see expressive works on paper, vibrant canvases and crafted paper books and tactile ceramic pieces. This variety not only showcases the technical skills the young artists have developed but also emphasises the importance of accessibility and experimentation in the creative process. Young Talent 2025 is more than an art show—it’s a testament to the power of creativity as a tool for expression, connection, and empowerment for young people of all abilities.
