Health Walks are a great way to take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle and meet new people. The walks are all led by trained volunteers.
Why walk? It's free, it's fun, it makes you feel great and you meet new people.
We welcome people of all abilities on the Health Walks. Wherever possible we will adjust routes to improve accessibility. Please call Heather on 0141 287 0963 if you would like more information about a certain walk to help us assess how we can make it more suitable for you.
Info For Walkers
• The health walks are free
• Please call the contact person before your first walk to check it is going ahead as scheduled

• Children are welcome if accompanied by an adult
