About Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga - 6 Week Course
Feel stronger, calmer and revitalised, ready to embrace whatever turn the rest of your day may take!
Suitable from your 6 week check, this postnatal yoga class will progressively rebuild your core strength, release tension around the neck & shoulders as well as provide you with tips and tools to keep you grounded throughout the challenges of life as a mum, with the connection of a lovely community of mums and babes.
Baby Yoga & Baby Massage is incorporated for your little one.
What’s included:
• Weekly 45 mins yoga class for you followed by 15 mins baby yoga and massage for your baby in the beautiful Our World Yoga studio.
• Access to on-demand short yoga flows and breath techniques so you can practice the techniques anytime to help you stay calm, balanced and revitalised.
• Join our lovely community of mums & babies so you feel connected and supported
