Individuals, plus family and friends of anyone with an autistic spectrum condition is welcome to come along to this free, fortnightly autism friendly cycling outing, planned and led professionally by our friends at Free Wheel North at the White House at Maryhill. There are great public transport links, free car parking and free bike loan if you want to reserve one at:
Rides are tailored to suit those attending and over time we have improved our balance, coordination and cycling confidence and enjoyed the freedom of the bike in the safety of a small group. Hope to see you there!
