About Observational Drawing
This course will help participants improve their visual understanding of our surroundings by using both traditional and experimental drawing methods. Students can expect to immerse themselves in the transformation of 3-dimensional subjects into 2-dimensional drawings over a 6-week period.
This course will cover analytical studies, line, tone, form and texture. The subject matter for this course will change every six weeks giving participants the opportunity to attend one block of classes or more. Subjects will include: landscape, portraiture, natural forms, structures and portraiture.
