About Rock it! Metal Massacre: D3vil May Cry + Dal Riata + Headwitch + Behead The Prophet

Rock It! gets all heavy again with another metal night! So limber-up and prepare to headbang to some of Scotland's deadliest up and coming metal bands - horns up!

D3vilmaycry
"Scottish Metalcore band D3VILMAYCRY certainly give current Metal acts a run for their money. Formed in 2012, the five piece are inspired by groups such as AVENGED SEVENFOLD, METALLICA and GUNS ‘N ROSES, influences which are apparent in the music, but the Scottish newcomers clearly have their own sound. Their latest album “The Pawn That Took The King” is heavy yet melodic, and a rollercoaster of sound. Give these guys a listen – they might just be your new favourite band."
- Metal-Temple Review for The Pawn That Took the King, 9/10

Dál Riata
Melodic Death Metal band based in Glasgow. We provide hard hitting, ear melting riffs topped with powerful cleans and demonising growls.

Headwitch
We are a 3 piece stoner rock/doom metal band from Glasgow, with influences like All Them Witches, Queens of the Stone Age, Mastodon and Sleep.

Behead The Prophet
Death / Doom metal band hailing from sunny Clydebank. Forming in late 2012, they have worked ruthlessly to produce something a bit different than the norm.
