About Matthew Tighe with An Dha

Previously described as a “fiery virtuoso”, Danny winner and BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award nominee Matthew Tighe is fast making a name for himself in amongst the traditional players he has long looked up to. An All Britain Fiddle Champion, his self-titled debut album was released in September by Greentrax Recordings.

Opening the show will be fellow Danny Kyle Award alumni An Dhá. Meaning ‘The Both’ in Gaelic, their combination of fiddle and cello has resulted in “a stunning duo.” (BBC Radio Scotland)

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Matthew Tighe with An Dha are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
