About Make Do & Grow Arts & Crafts Sessions
Every Thursday and Friday, we host FREE arts and crafts sessions for children aged 3+.
Drop in anytime between:
10am - 12pm and
12.30 - 2.00pm
Our workshop is inside our children's shop at our Govan premises in Burleigh Street.
From brick building and junk modelling to more seasonal activities, we use donated, scrap and reusable materials to encourage imaginations, develop creativity and have fun!
We love doing activities as a family, so parents and carers are requested to stay and enjoy the creative fun alongside the children.
We have a small seating area and toys within the workshop for those families with younger children and babies.
(Younger children may participate in activities under parental discretion, but please note that paint, pva glue and smaller materials, unsuitable for children under 3 such as beads, may be used).
The shop is open as usual throughout. Browse through our quality pre-loved clothes and toys, while the children play or draw on our chalkboard wall.
On street parking is available and the Govan bus and tube stations are a 2 minute walk away.
Visit our Facebook page for more details on weekly drop in activities and our more structured workshops.
Make Do & Grow CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise, focused on supporting growing families, developing creativity and encouraging re-use.
Additional Dates: 15 December 2017, 21 December 2017, 22 December 2017, 28 December 2017, 29 December 2017
