About Winter Wellbeing Afternoon - Enjoy Yoga, Mantra & Music in Glasgow
From the organisers of the Autumn Wellbeing Event at the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA) in Oct 2017:
Come and enjoy an afternoon of Winter Wellbeing and space to ground, connect and inspire your wellbeing.
Enjoy 2 yoga practices, suitable for all levels; a seasonal yoga practice with the inspiring Sooz Young and nurturing yin yoga with the amazing Melissa Corazon. And then enjoy deep vibrational sounds of mantra, music and kirtan with Dan Gronan, Jane Bentley and Tony Fernando Young. £25 a ticket.
All in support of positive mental health, for you, for others.
