In Burrows, at the Tron Theatre, is a performance about language combining improvised poetry, movement and prayer.
About In Burrows
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
'It’s a quiet poem, a light choreography, a séance.
It’s a man, in a blue shirt, waving his arms about, a dance.
It’s a phrase, a refrain, a language.
It’s a magic trick.'
IN BURROWS is an act of speaking and listening, of moving and pausing, always burrowing. Shifting between poetry, movement and prayer, IN BURROWS is an act of faith - a slow fall into the gaps between words, hoping to find something worth landing on.
The performance of IN BURROWS will be accompanied by two guest artists presenting new non-English language work. See online listing for further announcements.
