British Science Association New Volunteer Recruitment Social (Free tea, coffee and cake!)

About British Science Association New Volunteer Recruitment Social (Free tea, coffee and cake!)

We are looking for ANYONE with general interest in science and its promotion in wider society to join our team of volunteers. The Glasgow Branch currently holds free science outreach events for members of the public including collaborative works with charities and other science organisations.

Volunteering with the BSA could be anything from sitting on the committee, organising events, promoting the BSA to the public and online or helping deliver hands-on activities to the public.
You'll even have opportunities to travel to the British Science Festival and volunteer training events.

The meet-up & social at Gulliver's Cafe will be a chance to come and find out about the Glasgow Branch of the BSA and meet like-minded people also interested in joining our volunteer team.
There will even be free tea, coffee and cake!

So if you're an artist looking to collaborate with scientists, a student wanting some volunteering experience, a local trying to give something back to the community or just someone passionate about sharing science with others, come along with your friends, to gain new skills and meet people by volunteering with the British Science Association!

Don't forget to like our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/BSAGlasgow and we can also answer any questions you may have if you message the page.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for British Science Association New Volunteer Recruitment Social (Free tea, coffee and cake!) are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
