About Cathy

Exploring homelessness 50 years on from the seminal Ken Loach film, Cathy Come Home, Cathy is candid, poignant and intimate. A five-star hit at the 2017 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, it’s a timely reflection on the social and personal impact of spiraling housing costs, gentrification and the challenges of forced relocation.

Cardboard Citizens make theatre which illuminates homelessness and the lives of homeless people, revealing truth and sometimes beauty.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Cathy are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
