PubhD: Three Researchers and a Flipchart

About PubhD: Three Researchers and a Flipchart

Come hear PhD students explain their research over a pint! Three researchers will do a 10 minute talk with only a flipchart to help them, followed by 20 minutes of questions from you.

The Waterstones bar will be open so you can grab a pint while you listen.

Our speakers include Martin Murray on Catholic interpretations of safe drug injecting rooms, Sade Ryan on weegie-speaking Polish teenagers, and Ahmed Mostafa Abdelhady Ismaeel on treating cancer with lasers and nanoparticles.

Doors open 18:45, with kick-off at 19:00 sharp. This venue is wheelchair accessible.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for PubhD: Three Researchers and a Flipchart are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
