In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart.

Are you new to yoga and curious to learn how it can help you? Or do you already have a regular practice and want to connect/re-connect with Scotland’s thriving Kundalini Yoga community?

POWER OF 8 is a transformational day retreat for all. We are three experienced and passionate Kundalini Yoga teachers coming together to celebrate and share with you the wonders of Kundalini Yoga, gifted by Yogi Bhajan.

Kundalini Yoga is both art and science and we’re delighted to host our retreat in Glasgow’s iconic Tramway Studio on the upper floor, overlooking The Hidden Gardens.

Find out what Kundalini Yoga is all about, learn some tools and techniques to deepen your practice and meet others inspired by the teachings. Most of all you’ll have a fun day out to remember!

Love and blessings,
Sat Nadar, Nidhān Avtār and Raj Adesh xxx

We are members of KYTA UK
Serving Humanity through Serving Teachers

Kundalini Yoga Teachers' Association UK (KYTA) is a community hub supporting teachers and students of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

10.30am-11am: Registration and welcome

11am-1pm: HEALING POWER OF THE BREATH with Sat Nadar

How can the breath allow us to access more energy? What is Prana?

This workshop will look at the infinite power of breath/Prana and how we can tap into the source through breath, kriya and meditation. When we open ourselves up to the universal source of energy, we can allow ourselves to heal.

Join Sat Nadar for an experience of breath, body and mind to dive deep into the well of power, healing and true compassion.

1pm-2pm: Lunch break and chat

2pm-4pm: THE EIGHTH CHAKRA: MAKE YOUR AURA SPARKLE with Nidhān Avtār

The eighth chakra, according to Yogi Bhajan, is the aura. It combines the effects of the other seven chakras. This combined effect is your “circumvent field” and it is your greatest protection from negativity in your environment.

Experience some techniques to strengthen your circumvent field using breath, focus, movement, posture and sound. Bring sparkles to your aura!

4pm-4.30pm: Short break and chat

4.30pm-6:30pm: SONIC JOURNEY with Raj Adesh

"Vibrate the Cosmos; the Cosmos shall clear the path." - Yogi Bhajan

What is mantra and how does it work?

Mantras are not small things. In this workshop you’ll experience the power of mantra and the sound current through kriya, chanting meditation, followed by a ‘Sonic Journey’ with Venus and Symphonic gongs.

Join Raj Adesh to de-stress, harmonise mind and body, and access your true potential – a blissful experience to clear the path for the week ahead.
