We are excited to announce our second Summer Camp this year! Thank you to all of our members who have helped make this possible.

ABOUT THE CAMPS
This year we are changing up our format to suit everyone. We have our Indoor/Outdoor camp for those who would like to train on our indoor equipment and explore local nearby areas. This is also great for newcomers. We also have the Outdoor Tour camp which is great for those who feel they would prefer being outdoors only. We will tour the city training at popular Parkour training areas, and discovering new ones along the way. There is also the option to book all 4 dates and come along for the Full Camp.

Our coaches will provide an effective and progressive coaching structure, to equip participants with the essential skills necessary to train safely. All levels off ability are welcome as our coaches are experienced tailoring workshops to individual development.

ABOUT THE COACHES
All our Coaches are Parkour UK qualified, assuring a high standard of practice and delivery of Parkour. Both David and Scott hold the Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Parkour/Freerunning (QCF), and have combined coaching experience of 18 years+.

Scott Houston:
From the age of 5 Scott was immersed in the study of Gymnastics at a local leisure centre in small town Preston, Lancashire. After 2 years he was accepted into the Garstang School of Gymnastics where he further studied and competed. At age 16 he became interested in stunt performance, where he submerged himself in his own research and development through the study of film. Scott’s development lead to the growing interest of Parkour in 2004. He began studying and later became a qualified Level 2 Coach. Scott’s personal interest lies within creating a natural functional training environment, where like-minded individuals can socially grow. His experience in the performing arts and teaching Parkour, has taken him across several countries in Western Europe.

David Banks:
David Banks is a Glasgow based artist whose work ranges from site-specific performance to Parkour coaching and design work. His work examines notions of self and environment and draws attention to the microcosms of daily lives that compose the grand spectacle of the everyday. David makes devised and collaborative work in response to the world we live in, using both his own personal experiences and the experiences of others to create unique spectacles and enrich communities through access to the arts.
