Following the sessions you’ll have the opportunity to stay in touch with others online.

They aim to help you:
&bull: share your own experience of MS with others
&bull: feel more confident to set up and successfully achieve daily goals
&bull: understand what 'self-management' is
&bull: learn new skills to help support you to live well with MS
&bull: have a better understanding of which local organisations can offer you support

These will be taking place in Calton Heritage & Learning Centre on Saturday 8th September and Saturday 22nd September at 10.30-13.30 - this will include a short coffee break half way through.
