In this Introduction to entremets & mirror glazing course, you will spend the day with pastry chef, Helen Vass, where she will share her knowledge teaching you the skills and techniques to make the perfect entremet with a shiny mirror glaze.
Entremets are mousse based cakes made up of different layers and textures. Tackle a range of different elements to make up your entremet including mousses, inserts and garnishes.
You will leave the course with confidence to make professional-standard entremets in your own kitchen. This course is suitable for amateurs and professionals.
