Join us here at the Virgin Money Glasgow Lounge to meet Rob Hawkins of ‘Scottish Athletics’ - Sports coach, tutor and journalist and hear his training hints and tips.

He’ll be able to answer any questions you have about running plans, how much to do and when, diet and anything else you want to know.
