I have a beginners workshop which will take place on Saturday 2nd March - 9am to 10.30 where I'll teach you how to perform the Clean Olympic Weightlifting movement.
It is used by athletes to develop power and is also a one of the most skilled movements you can do with a barbell. It could just make your gym routine that bit more interesting and fresh again
