Taking place within the tranquillity of the garden, this introduction to mindfulness will combine practice and theory, enabling participants to experience how mindfulness can lead to sustainable changes in their lives.

Wendy Alexander is a certificated mindfulness teacher who has trained with the Mindfulness Association and who complies to the UK Good Practice Guidelines for Teachers. Wendy is also a personal coach, in accreditation with Academy of Executive Coaches and offers 1 to 1 coaching sessions.
