Glasgow School of Art MFA

The GSA Master of Fine Art final year students present a series of three film screenings in the CCA Cinema space for the run up to their degree show in May!

About Glasgow School of Art MFA

Each screening will have a selection of artists showing recent moving image works that consider similar themes running through the artist’s practices.

For the first screening, new works by Rachel McBrinn, Sam Dransfield, Zoe Kirkwood, Maria Filippou, and Lauren La Rose explore issues of borders, supermarkets, new fictions, flies, and ghosts.

For the second screening, Hio, Sun Lee, Darae Baek and Jing Xie present works that explore ideas about selfhood, identity and the body.

For the final screening, McGilvary/White and Renèe Helèna Browne present new works that together consider ideas around queerness, desire and romance.
