Got exams coming up? Feeling nervous, stressed and/or anxious? These feelings are perfectly normal when dealing with exams.
Join us for this wee pop up to pick up some new skills to keep you calm and focused during exam time.
The session will cover how mindfulness can enhance the general mental, emotional and social wellbeing of the Teenage Mind during challenging times i.e. exam stress/nerves.
