About Glasgow Science Festival: Temple of Light
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Hosted by The Lighthouse, Glasgow's design gallery, the central piece of this event is a scaled down cathedral produced using lasers. This sculpture is designed to test the mathematical principles used in religious architecture: will they still have the same impact when reproduced on a smaller scale?
Bringing together art, design, science and technology, Temple of Light explores the power of light and geometry in a creative new experience.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Glasgow Science Festival: Temple of Light are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
