Over the 3 days we will cover the ins and outs of Mindfulness meditation, give you an understanding of the practice and experience of different meditation techniques.
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to relieve stress, pain and anxiety and is a tool which can be used by everybody in their everyday life. Over the retreat we will also look at how you can use it to help simplify your life.
The course will run over 3 consecutive days (Thursday 25th - Saturday 27th July) and cover the entire content of the 8 week beginners course as well as feeling like a retreat in itself.
A vegetarian lunch, hot drinks and homemade cake will be served daily to make this a real wee retreat! (included in price).
