You can take part in the three informal workshops, focusing on Mindfulness, Movement, and Arts & Crafts, or speak to numerous ladies who will have stalls at the event who are experts in their field giving you advice and information on the various alternative therapies out there!
From mindfulness, to nutrition, and a range of alternative therapies, this event covers so much; with lovely, friendly and approachable ladies to speak to about health and wellness!
This event is by Kay Young and Knows No Bounds, who’s aim is to bring like-minded people together within communities to learn how to improve their health and well-being in a fun, informal, and creative way.
