About What’s Your Tempo? 7 Fitness and Well-Being classes - Fundraiser Event

Join us on Saturday 17th August to celebrate the launch of our new menu and also help raise money for Street Fit Scotland, a small charity aimed to help socially disadvantaged adults by using physical fitness classes as a tool to improve their general health and well being.

Each class will be 30mins and whether you practice yoga or prefer circuit training, we have everything to boost your well-being from pilates to tasting Tempo's new drinks to hot pod yoga - just choose your Tempo!

Here's what we have lined up for you:

12:00 - 12:10 Registration/welcome
12:10 - 12:20 Street Fit Scotland Introduction
12:30 - 13:00 Class with Two Birds Fitness
13:10 - 13:40 Nutrition class with Tony Basra
13:50 - 14:20 Zumba with Debbie from Move Studios
14:30 - 15:00 Class with 9 Rounds
15:00 - 15:30 Refreshments
15:40 - 16:10 Pilates with Jen Wilson
16:20 - 16:50 Tea Tasting with Tempo Tea Bar/ Hot Pod Yoga
17:00 - 17:30 Tea Tasting with Tempo Tea Bar/ Hot Pod Yoga
17:50 - 18:00 Wrap up

Tickets are available on Eventbrite. These are very limited and only £20 early-bird so make sure to grab them quick! You are welcome to leave a donation in our charity bucket as well on the day!

Please bring a large towel with you for hot pod yoga!
