Tai Chi Classes

A new block of Tai Chi classes will begin at Daisy Street Centre on Wednesday 14th August!

Tai Chi Classes

About Tai Chi Classes

The focus of the class will be on soft exercise for fitness and well-being, facilitating greater awareness of movement with emotional calm. This will be reflected in the renewed structure of the class, so that folk can decide either, or, and both.

Starting at the new time of 1pm, the first 40 minutes will explore soft chi kung movement to stretch tendons and loosen joints. And from 1.45pm the focus will shift to the relaxed slow movement of tai chi hand form.
