About Me:
My working background is Nursing and Counselling and supporting young people, each working role I have undertaken has involved a caring aspect by supporting and motivating individuals, who have struggled at times to make positive decisions and goals.
My passion for Yoga spans over three decades and as a Reiki Master/Teacher I love to work with life force energy, creating balance and harmony. Hence my love of Seasonal Yoga, as it was the final piece of the jigsaw, as it allowed me to bring together so many energy modalities including Qi Gong, which I would love to share with you.
NB: As an added gift of relaxation, meditate with a Crystal and receive Distant Reiki, as you Meditate with Me.
Testimonial:
Sandra is amazing! I regularly attend Sandra's seasonal yoga and meditation classes as well as going for Reiki to the wonderful Reikipod. Sandra is friendly and puts everyone at ease which makes all classes and treatments a great experience. It doesn't matter how skilled you are at yoga, Sandra shows you how to adapt the poses to your own level.
