Empower your pregnancy and prepare to meet you baby calm and confident with either a group class or course or a tailored private class.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, whether this is your first pregnancy or your third, Alice's teachings will equip you with a range of tools and techniques to find calm amongst the immense changes taking place in body, mind and soul during this time, preparing you to access your deeper knowledge and intuition to face birth with confidence, whatever type of birth you are planning.
You can start from your dating scan (around 13 weeks), and the sooner you start the more you and your baby will benefit.
