Come and learn how to massage your baby. Create a calm, relaxing routine for you and your baby by learning the art of baby massage.

Baby massage is a great way to bond with your baby. Learn some techniques to help with common ailments such as colic/wind/constipation and teething.

We also practise 'gentle moves' - similar to baby yoga, which helps your baby to develop co-ordination and flexibility. It's also a great way to get out and meet other parents, there's time during class for refreshments and a chat with other parents.

Your instructor Jacqueline has over 17 years experience as a Midwife, caring for and supporting new parents and their babies and is an Infant Massage Instructor trained by and registered with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM.
