About Balance Over 60s Yoga

This yoga class is for anyone looking for a focused, self aware practice whether they are aged 60 and over, or not! The class is suitable for anyone who would like to start practising yoga or who wants to continue with their yoga at their own pace.

Yoga helps increase energy levels, flexibility and fitness. It's proven to have a positive effect on muscle and joint stiffness, neck and back problems, arthritis, high blood pressure, shortness of breath and bad circulation. Yoga is also a great way to relax, relieve stress and improve sleep.

The class is suitable for all levels of experience and ability. Poses can be adapted to individual ability, using a chairs, bolsters and blocks for support and balance if needed.

£7 Drop in £63 for 10 week block
