Barbreck Studio is a Health & Fitness Facility in Glasgow's Southside, offering fitness, kettlebell and strength & conditioning classes; personal training in a private studio space and sports therapy (sports massage, injury treatment and rehabilitation).
Kettlebell classes in Glasgow's Southside, suitable for all levels.
Classes focus on small group training so are limited to 6 people meaning everyone gets individual attention from the instructor and classes can be tailored to match participants abilities. We train a mixture of kettlebell fitness and sport style with a big focus on technique for maximum results and progression.
Kettlebell classes are great if you are looking to:
- increase overall fitness
- increase strength and muscle tone/definition
- lose weight
- develop explosive power
- increase athleticism
- work cardio, strength and endurance simultaneously
- train with low impact on joints and muscles to prevent or recover from injury

Abi Johnston is a coach with the Scottish Kettlebell Club and is the UK's top female kettlebell sport athlete, holding several world records and competing regularly at professional level both domestically and in International competitions.
