Flowetic. Feel like a Dancer.
Flowetic is a beautiful dance fitness class for everyone, no experience necessary. Set to a soundtrack of incredible music by artists such as Nina Simone, Christine & the Queens, alt-J and Prince. The class combines dance, toning and strengthening exercises with stretching and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling taller, happier and stronger- come give it a go!
Bring water (we’re gonna get sweaty!), a mat for floor work (there are some available to borrow if you don’t have one), and soft shoes if you don’t like dancing bare foot.

We’ll be in the upstairs hall (accessible by lift).

At The Movement Studio, 4 Ashton Lane, Glasgow G12 8SJ
From Byres Road turn into Ashton Lane at Iceland/TSB bank - the studio is just on the right. Please be aware there are stairs up to the studio with no lift.
Buzzer entry system (please send a text if you can’t get in- 07502 122891).
Very close to Hillhead subway station, also plenty of buses stop nearby.
Metered street parking and car park available at Lilybank Gardens.
