About Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival
Explore Glasgow and get behind the scenes at this annual architecture and built heritage festival which will be taking place across Glasgow 12th – 18th September 2016.
Glasgow Doors Open Days celebrates the buildings, streets, parks, architecture, history and people of the city with over 100 buildings opening their doors and a packed programme of walks, tours, talks, special events and children's activities.
The best bit? It's all FREE!
This year explore new and historic buildings, learn about amazing places that you might walk past every day, take a tour on foot, by bike or even a canal boat. From city mural trails, talks on the history of the 'clockwork-orange', exhibitions, to exclusive access to Glasgow's historic theatres, there is something for everyone.
We also have a festival-hub at St Andrews in the Square: Glasgow's Centre for Scottish Culture with daily talks, the Festival of Architecture 2016 Scotstyle exhibition, a design market by Tea Green Pop Up Events and much more!
