The Glasgow Scribes are a group of hobby calligraphers who meet one Saturday morning per month between September and May. Our aims are to:-

* promote the art of calligraphy
* develop our calligraphy skills
* share ideas
* meet fellow calligraphers

Members, who live within travelling distance of Glasgow, have different skills, experience and interests. We have an annual events programme which is decided by members at the May AGM. Two full day bookable workshops are included - delivered by external tutors and paid for by participants. We are funded by annual membership fees (£40) and visitor fees (£5 per meeting).

New members and visitors are welcome to attend our activities. For further details of the group and events please phone or email us.
