Welcome to The Comedy Attic, one of Edinburgh’s only late night comedy shows and a great venue for vets and newcomers to the scene alike to show their comedy mettle. All you have to do is come and see some of the UK’s best stand up acts, at a great comedy club which draws comedians from all over the country to bring you the best of the best all in one lively show at a beautiful venue.

We’re not only a great comedy venue, but a great show and all we want to do is to make you laugh. We’re not sure why. But we do! So if you’re caught out looking for something to do in the wee hours of the morning don’t worry! We’ve got you covered, we’ll be bringing all the best stand up, general comedy to you, every Saturday, And as we all know stand up is a great accompaniment to any night out whether you’re just wrapping up, or just starting!

Our fantastic venue, the beehive inn, is a beautiful pub in the heart of the old town, and on the heritage pub trail is a great place to kick back, relax and watch one of the best stand up comedy shows around on any given night.

So if you’re looking for a great way to spend some time, whether you’re just visiting the city for the night, or are looking for a good way to kick off your night out, check out one of our shows at the comedy attic, hosted by that guy, I mean our hilarious MC Rick Molland, a man who’s spent many years on the stand up circuit, and just gets what’s funny, curating a great selection of stand up acts from all around the country and very occasionally even the world all in one great venue.

Ready for a night you’ll never forget? Come down to The Comedy Attic where we promise one hysterical MC, a couple of hours of booze-soaked laughter inn our beautiful venue, and three amazing stand up acts!

And if you’re not ready? Come on down anyway! There’s no dress code at our venue anyway, and we’re sure you might even attract the attention of one of our stand up acts if you were to pop on by in your PJ's.
