FBX is a new concept in fitness training. It is a fixed 20 minute, max intensity, rest based workout. The system incorporates calisthenics, and functional compound bodyweight exercises, activating all major muscle groups and optimising the principles of overload.

The 20 minute duration makes it an ideal class for busy schedules.

This class runs every Thursday at 6.15pm at St James Less Episcopal Church, Hilton Rd Bishopbriggs, Glasgow G64 3EL, (Near to the Leisuredrome)

Booking a place in advance is strongly recommended. Booking available by or phone/text: 07411979107
