Children's Yoga - Fun, interactive & taught through tales!

Each week your child will take part in energetic stories/themes and games learning yoga based postures along the way. With a focus on children developing a sense of ‘Self', your child will become more aware of themselves and those around them. Your child will also learn how to breathe well and how to relax!

Southside classes at The Wee Retreat
2 Myrtle Park, Glasgow G42 8UQ
Monday afternoons (Southside): Little Mice (3-5 year olds) 3.30-4pm, Little Monkeys (5-8 years old) 4.15-5pm, Little Lions (8-12 years old) 5.15-6.15pm. Teens (12+) 6.30-7pm.

Classes run in line with school terms - Places limited so please call or email to book a place.
