Our dishes are all made from scratch by proper chefs, on the premises. We use no artificial additives or ingredients and we don't use microwaves. Our menu has been developed with award winning nutritionist Carrie Ruxton to satisfy a range of nutritional and dietary needs and benefits. Look out for our 'Hero' seasonal ingredients too.
We have seating for approx 45 in the restaurant but you can also takeaway. 90% of our products are sold in recycled materials that are fully compostable for easy takeaway too.
Scottish produce is some of the best in the world and we want to celebrate that fact as much as possible in our seasonal menus. It's taken more than a little planning and research to kill the airmiles factor. But it also means we keep the circle of wealth local which makes us feel good.
Cairnhill Farm Scotch Beef, Clyde Valley Tomatoes, Hot Smoked Salmon from MacCallums of Troon, Ramsays of Carluke Pork, Green City Whole Foods, Matthew Algie, Highland Spring and Mackies Crisps give a pretty good spread of Scotland's Larder! Long may this continue.
