About Prasada Birthing Pregnancy Yoga
When a woman is properly prepared for childbirth and when the mind and body are in harmony, nature is free to function in the same well designed manner that it does with all other creatures.
Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga encourages a deep intimate connection between mum and baby and empowers a woman to trust her own instincts by listening to her body. It gives women more control, teaches how to relax muscles, increases physical stamina and can improve baby's birth position.
This class is held in a beautifully relaxing venue, with everything that a mum needs to help relax and enjoy pregnancy.
