Queen of Lean is a personal training business that will design, plan and deliver exercise programmes aiming to increase the client’s fitness levels and improve their overall health, taking into consideration the individual’s goals, needs and abilities in a safe manner. The personal training can be carried out in client's home, fitness facilities, outdoors, or in community venues.
