If you are looking for an inexpensive and EFFECTIVE way of getting in shape then try the new block of Rock Solid Fitness classes staring Monday 17th November!
Designed to give max results in minimum time.
They will be run by Yvonne who is a Reps level 3 personal trainer and qualified in kettlebells, circuits, functional training and suspension training. She is a fun and motivating instructor who really knows her stuff!
MONDAY : 5:45 pm : EXTREME CIRCUTS.....using TRX, kettlebells, agility ladders and more!
TUESDAY : 5:15pm : ROCK SOLID BODY BLAST ...plyometric and body weight class to blitz fat!
WEDNESDAY : 6:30pm : ROCK SOLID ABS...a mix of core conditioning and cardio to sculpt those abs!
THURSDAY : 7:30pm : HIIT LIKE A GIRL...high intensity interval training, THE best way to torch fat!
All classes last 45 minutes and are £3.50 or £20 for 10 block booking
