Rosina Bonsu Moves
Rosina Bonsu Moves are a friendly yoga studio located in the historic Arlington Baths in Glasgow's West End. Everyone is welcome and you do not need to be a member to attend the classes.
About Rosina Bonsu Moves
The Rosina Bonsu Moves team are Sue Crow, Catherine Hardy, Kate Henderson, Laura Gonzalez and Maureen Thorpe with Brian Hartley taking care of the visual element, design and website.
The studio was set up by the wonderful Rosina Bonsu (1955-2020) and we carry her spirit of community, inclusiveness and fun in all our classes. We teach at the Arlington Baths, 61 Arlington Street G3 6AB
The team are excited to be offering a range of classes and workshops to provide something for everyone from dynamic sessions (Ashtanga based) to relaxing ones (yin and breathing bones), breath work, philosophy and a range of international guest teachers.
