S C D Fitness - Personal training and fitness classes across Glasgow. Get into the best shape of your life!
I run weekly fitness classes across Glasgow, so there really is no excuse now not to get in a great workout!
Mondays in Dennistoun Sports Hall Trust (top of Hillfoot St) at 730pm-815pm. Kettlebell class. £5 PAYG
Tuesdays in West of Scotland Cricket Club, Peel Street. Metafit at 630pm - Â£4 PAYG. Kettlebells at 715pm - £5.
***NEW CLASS*** Wednesdays in Bishoppbriggs at Body Shock Studio,21a St Mungo Street, 7pm - 730pm. Ketllebell class
Thursdays in Bearsden at St Andrews RC Church lower hall, Roman Road. 730pm-815pm kettlebells - £5 PAYG. 830pm Metafit - £4 PAYG.
Each class is designed to burn fat so are high paced but means that the workouts are quick and fly by :) Get in shape in half the time....cant be bad!
Make 2014 the year you look your absolute best.
