At Soccer Fit Glasgow we deliver outdoor fitness classes based on football training sessions that can help you with all of the above.

Want to take part in classes that you and your kids can do together? Soccer Fit can tailor sessions so that Mums and Dads (or even Grandparents!) can join in together.

Why should guys have all the fun of football? Ladies only Sessons every Tuesday.

Our coach has over 15 years coaching and 24 years playing experience!

Sessions coming soon to Pollok Park, Rouken Glen Park and Bellahouston Park!


£5 per 1 hour session

Block of 10 Session £45

Mums and Dads Get Fit with Kids Session £5 per adult and kids under 12 go free. Kids 12-16 £3
