Hidden behind the gates of the famous Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow’s East End sits Tennent's Training Academy Cook School.

The Tennent’s Training Academy is a dedicated Hospitality Industry school offering a fresh approach to learning new skills with exciting food and drinks classes for all. Our expert tutors lead fun interactive courses with inspirational teaching methods in a unique environment.

Our Cook School is a state-of-the-art kitchen with 16 individual cooking areas for all to learn. It also benefits from a wonderful open area to watch Chef create his specialities.

Our wine school is a beautifully-designed gentleman’s cellar, a light and airy room with a window view into The Cook School.

Our training bar is a purpose built, fully functional bar complete with Cellar.

We have a wide range of classes available from an afternoon of cupcakes and cocktail making to cookery experiences specialising in Thai, Italian or Indian we even run fun nights out for couples, groups and special occasions such as hen nights:
