Take part in classes lead by one of Scotland's leading female competitors in kettlebell sport in the home of the Scottish Kettlebell Club.
Suitable for all levels.
Beginners should expect to increase their fitness, lose weight and increase muscle definition.
More experienced participants should expect to further their skill level, increase their fitness and increase their performance in sports/training.
You do not need to book in, however it is recommended for a guaranteed space.
