Jim Hutchison will lead a one hour long Vinyasa class on:
Wednesday mornings 8-9am
Thursday evenings 8-9pm
Vinyasa Yoga unites breath with movement to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit translation “to place in a special way,” Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow which will invigorate, strengthen and bring calmness to the practitioner.
Jim trained in Rishikesh, India in April 2018 at the Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School under the tutelage of Yogi Yashpal Rauotela.
The class is suitable for all levels and mats, straps and blocks are all provided.
